NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A pilot bussing program, at public schools across the island is said to be moving along successfully as education officials continue to monitor its progress.

The program kicked off last week at 15 schools on New Providence, aiming to reduce the number of violent incidents on or near school campuses, especially after school hours.

Acting Controller at the Road Traffic Department, Ross Smith, shares the criteria for bus drivers.
