NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Sam Bankman-Fried will face a subpoena from the U.S Senate Banking Committee if he doesn’t voluntarily testify next week over “Significant unanswered questions ” surrounding the collapse of his companies FTX and Alameda Research. Both companies filed for bankruptcy on November 11th.

The committee’s Democratic Chairman Senator Sherrod Brown and Republican Senator Pat Toomey wrote to the former CEO of the failed cryptocurrency exchange and his lawyers saying the American people need answers about his “Misconduct” leading to the collapse.

In an exclusive sit-down interview with Jerome Sawyer this week, Bankman-Fried was questioned about the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings and its jurisdiction.

Watch the Our Tv Presents exclusive on the collapse of FTX Sunday at 8pm on Our Tv and streaming live on the Our News Bahamas Facebook page.
