NEW YORK – Sean “Diddy” Combs was found guilty Wednesday on two counts of prostitution-related offenses but cleared of sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

That’s according to the U.S. department of justice after a seven-week trial in Manhattan Federal court.

Combs now faces up to 20 years in prison. His family, including his mother and children, were in court as the verdict was read, cheering as he turned to them and said, “i’m gonna be home soon.”

Prosecutors accused the music mogul of using power and fear to control women but jurors rejected the most serious charges.

A sentencing date has not yet been set.
