NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are still searching for a 17-year-old boy who escaped from the Simpson Penn Centre for Boys.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police are still searching for a 17-year-old boy who escaped from the Simpson Penn Centre for Boys.
The Adelaide Village resident escaped between 6pm on Saturday and Sunday at 7am between February 18thand 19th.
The centre has experienced several escaped in recent years. One of the biggest occurred back in october 2018 when 13 boys escaped.
Social Services Minister Obie Wilchcombe said this calls for more heightened security measures at the facility.
