NASSAU, BAHAMAS – To the great people of Bamboo Town, I am aware of the vexing situation at Carlton E. Francis where our children have to walk through water in order to get to school.

As your Member of Parliament, I want you to know that I have been in contact with Minister of Works Alfred Sears to rectify the situation.
The minister has assured me that the situation is being addressed.
Both he and I share in your frustration and are working to get this problem resolved expeditiously.
