NASSAU, BAHAMAS – These dads say balancing work and fatherhood is no easy feat, but it’s something they’ve now mastered.

Patrick Major is the master control supervisor at Our TV. The father of three says it isn’t easy balancing the two but, he has a team that helps him.

He is thankful for his village that assists with kids in times when he and his wife have to work.

With only two people in the department, Harold Dorsett who works alongside Major says he finds as much time as he could to spend time with his son.

Meanwhile, Our news sportscaster Taije Adderley was a stay-at-home father for a little over a year before stepping back into the workforce.
