NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Supplies are on their way to Exuma to help the hundreds of Exuma residents impacted by wild weather over the last few days.

Residents experienced torrential flooding over the past five days.

Resulting in severe flooding.

State Minister with Responsibility for Disaster Management Myles Laroda says those supplies will arrive today.

Another assessment is planned for the island.

This time with NEMA officials.

This follows an assessment by the prime minister on Monday.
