T-Shirts With Image Of Trump Raising His Fist For Sale In China

CHINA – Images of former President Donald Trump, bleeding and surrounded by Secret Service agents after being shot, have appeared on T-shirts sold for as little as $4 on China’s top e-commerce sites. Following the assassination attempt at a rally on Saturday, Chinese retailers quickly used these images to create shirts with slogans like “Make America Great Again” and “Shooting Makes Me Stronger.” The shirts featured photos from the incident, including one by Associated Press photographer Evan Vucci.

The AP, which holds the copyright to the image, has asserted its rights and expressed concern about the use of the photo. Chinese e-commerce platforms Alibaba and JD.com did not immediately comment on the situation.
