Team Bahamas Gets the 5-Peat in CARIFTA Aquatics

WILLEMSTAD, CURACAO – After scoring 1,113 points, The Bahamas has won a fifth consecutive CARIFTA Aquatics Championships in Curacao.

Coming in second place was the Cayman Islands with 752 points, followed by Trinidad and Tobago with 534 points, Jamaica with 502.5 points an Barbados with 474 files rounding out the top five countries.

The Bahamas secured 85 medals – 37 gold, 27 silver and 21 bronze.

The Bahamas will also have a chance to become six time consecutive champions when it hosts the championships next year.
