NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This year’s Goodwill Games are slated for August but Team Bahamas is already in the pool, practicing as the defending champs.

Last year for the very first time, Team Bahamas won the Goodwill Games which was held in Jamaica. Team Bahamas won with 1,418.5 points and 129 medals, 55 of which were gold.

This year’s team is coached by Dwayne Davis Jr., coming off of nationals at the end of June, he says being mentally ready for the competition is crucial.
