NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Team Bahamas Head Coach Dwayne Davis Jr. and Assistant Coach Kadesha Culmer spoke to me about their expectations heading into this year’s Goodwill Games.

The goal is to repeat as champions.

Last year, Team Bahamas took home the overall crown in Jamaica with over 1,000 points and 129 total medals.

And three of the team captains agree – the goal, is to win.

First timers Kyrie Smith and Zeni Dorsett are also excited about heading to St. Lucia.

The team will leave for St. Lucia Wednesday on a Bahamasair charted flight.

Competition begins on Friday and will end on Sunday.
