Teen Charged with October 2024 Murder

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 17-year-old is charged with murder after a man was shot and killed.

Prosecutors say the teen is responsible for the murder of 23-year-old Miler Theradour.

The charge stems from a shooting that took place at West Street and Dorsette Alley on September 13, 2024. Theradour died in hospital on October 4.

The teen, whose name has been withheld because he’s a minor, was not required to plead to the charge when he stood before Senior Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.

Bail was denied, and the teen returns to court on June 30 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
