Ten Percent Of Customers Impacted By Power Outages
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Grand Bahama experienced some adverse weather conditions over the weekend and as a result, the heavy rain and winds forced the power to go out for hours.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Just like here in the capital, Grand Bahama experienced some adverse weather conditions over the weekend and as a result, the heavy rain and winds forced the power to go out for hours.
Chief Operating Officer at the Grand Bahama Power Company Nikita Mullings says about 10% of customers were impacted.
The COO admits that earlier this year they lost one of their base units at GBPC’s main plant which has been causing issues for some customers.
