NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Customs Department new Exempt Mobile Baggage Declaration app is set to roll out on June 12th but some residents are concerned it may not be user friendly for the elderly.

The app that will require travelers to digitally register will allow users to pay for their goods online.

Resident Leyland Cash says while he believes the app is a good idea, he insists it may only benefit young people.

One resident says for those who are concerned about the elderly, she thinks that they should have some assistance.
