NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Greeted at the driveway by Senior Advisor Yvette Darling, my morning at Automall’s service department began at 8:30 am.

Due to my early arrival, Darling gave me the option to wait for my vehicle.

During the check-in process, she was attentive to all of my concerns, while trying her best to accommodate my request, staying within the guidelines of the company’s policies and the manufacturer’s warranty.

They did not have breakfast, but as I waited for my vehicle in the service lounge, I was offered coffee and full control of the lounge’s tv.

And by the time I was done rewatching last night’s newscast, the service was complete.
