NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 40-member team was led by three male coaches but there were two women who were also at the fore of the team’s championship in Jamaica.

The team manager was Rochelle Sinclair-Butler.

And she spoke to what went into being team manager.

One of the three assistant coaches was Kadesha Culmer.
