SAN SALVADOR, BAHAMAS – A 20-minute drive from Cockburn Town tucked away on a hill is the home of the Caciques.

With a student populous of about 60, San Salvador Central High School is preparing San Salvador students for life beyond the classroom.

Principal of the school Megan Colebroke is optimistic about the possibilities.

There are 13 faculty and staff – one of which is a first-year French teacher.

And like their contemporaries in New Providence campus life is vibrant.

There’s no lack of opportunity for these kids with exposure to leadership roles through clubs and even their very own junior council.

All in an effort to help the students develop business skills.
