NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Imagine five executive chefs preparing a five-course meal at one of the most historic hotels in the country. It is happening as a curated experience January 29th.

Food, music, and great company are the elements that make up any great experience. Add five executive chefs to that mix, curating a five-course meal and wine pairing, and guests are in for a treat.

That is exactly what is happening at the British Colonial Hotel next Thursday. The event is dubbed Chef’s Table — an evening curated for the senses.

Executive Chef Antonio Williams is the host of the experience.

“We’re going to do a five-course tasting dinner including wine pairings. It’s going to have live music. This is an event that you can’t find anywhere else in the country where five different executive chefs from different properties emerge on one property to do a once-in-a-lifetime chef experience.”

Chef Williams says every plate will tell a story, with local farmers providing a true farm-to-table experience.

“We’re definitely partnering with our local suppliers. We’re partnering with some wine purveyors and we’re partnering with some of our local farms. We want to show a wide range of how vast we think about food.”

As for what patrons can expect when they attend next week, Williams says the experience goes beyond the meal itself.

“A good vibe, good food, really great wine, a really good experience. The chefs are going to come out to the table and talk you through the meal, the inspiration behind each dish. You’ll get to meet all of the chefs, socialize, really good food, so you’re going to go home thinking, when is the next Chef’s Table?”

The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 29th at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from Ticketflare.com or by calling the hotel.
