Top Employees Recognized at Atlantis’ Crystal Awards

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Atlantis Paradise Island Resort hosted its annual Crystal Awards Diamond Gala to recognize its top performers for the year and it was nothing short of a grand celebration.

Before we go any further I know some of you at home may be asking what are the Crystal Awards.

Under the theme “Once Upon A Time” on Friday night the organizers of the event made fairy tales come true. 

There were 36 nominees this year each nominee arrived in a luxurious vehicle courtesy of the resort. 

Once they arrived at the Coral Towers, they walked the red carpet and were greeted by the resort’s vice presidents, senior vice presidents and President Audrey Oswell. 

In the Imperial Ballroom there was a cocktail hour before the official ceremony.

The air was charged with excitement as all in attendance were anxious to see who would take the top honors in the respective categories. 

Each winner set to take home between ten to fifteen thousand dollars in cash and prizes including travel vouchers and utility payments. 

As the ceremony unfolded, I couldn’t help but get teary-eyed and I was not the only guest moved by the execution of the Crystal Awards.  

The ceremony concluded with a conga line that led us from one ballroom to the next for the official after-party.
