PUERTO RICO – A dramatic video captured by a resident on the west coast of Puerto rico on Sunday showed an apparent tornado in the town of Aguada.

PUERTO RICO – A dramatic video captured by a resident on the west coast of Puerto Rico on Sunday showed an apparent tornado in the town of Aguada.

A video, taken from a balcony, showed debris spinning in the air as the swirling funnel cloud makes its way across the coastal town.

The national weather service said damage from the “Short-lived tornado” would be assessed to determine its classification.
