THE CARIBBEAN – An early morning earthquake rattled parts of Trinidad and Tobago on Tuesday, but there were no immediate reports of damage and injuries.

The Seismic Research Centre (SRC) at the St. Augustine Campus of the University of The West Indies (UWI) said that the quake had a magnitude of 4.0, and struck at a depth of 79 kilometers.

The quake was also felt 100 Km north west of Bridgetown, Barbados.
