Two Killed In Shooting At St. Louis High School; Gunman Dead
ST. LOUIS – A 19-year-old student shot and killed a teacher and a teenage girl in a classroom in St. Louis after breaking into the Central Visual Performing Arts High School, screaming “you are all going to die”.
ST. LOUIS – A 19-year-old student shot and killed a teacher and a teenage girl in a classroom in St. Louis after breaking into the Central Visual Performing Arts High School, screaming “you are all going to die”.
Seven others were wounded before police killed him in an exchange of gunfire.
Students barricaded doors, huddled in classroom corners, jumped from windows and ran out of the building.
One girl said she came eye-to-eye with the shooter before his gun jammed and she was able to run out.
Police Chief Michael Sack identified the shooter as a graduate, while his motive was still under investigation Sack says they suspect some mental illness is involved.
