U.S Customs Agents Seize Drugs In Caribbean Sea

USA – The United States Customs and Border Protection Agency says law enforcement agencies have intercepted a vessel in the Caribbean sea transporting some 3,100 pounds of cocaine.

USA – The United States Customs and Border Protection Agency says law enforcement agencies have intercepted a vessel in the Caribbean sea transporting some 3,100 pounds of cocaine, and arrested three non-citizens from Venezuela.

The drugs have an estimated value of approximately $32 million U.S. dollars

CBP said the arrests and seizures took place near Palmas de Mar, off Puerto Rico’s eastern coast and said authorities had located a “Lights-out vessel traversing at high speed”.
