Homeland Security officials say the men who are from countries including Vietnam, Jamaica, Cuba, and Yemen Were rejected by their home nations due to the severity of their crimes, prompting the U.S. to send them to Eswatini.

The move sparking human rights concerns and diplomatic questions about the secretive deal.
