UNITED STATES – The U.S. is moving to deport some green-card holders accused of supporting Haitian gang leaders.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio says they’re linked to Viv Ansanm, a group the Trump Administration labeled a terrorist organization in May.

One man, 69-year-old Pierre Reginald Boulos, was arrested.

The U.S. says he contributed to violence and Haiti’s destabilization.

Boulos is a controversial Haitian businessman and political figure with U.S. residency. The number of potential deportees is still unknown.
