Uncle Denies Incest with Niece Over Two-Year Period
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 25-year-old has denied that he sexually abused his niece over a two-year-period.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 25-year-old has denied that he sexually abused his niece over a two-year-period.
Prosecutors allege that the man started abusing the child in 2022 when she was six years old.
He allegedly continued the molestation up to May 2024 when she was eight.
The man, whose name has been withheld for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to five counts of incest at his arraignment before Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson.
