NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Eleven members of the Teachers Morale Committee officially introduced to the public this week by the Ministry of Education and Technical Vocational Training. The group consists of a number of educators, human resource professionals and members of the clergy.

The committee’s report on teachers morale focuses on a number of recommendations which is said to boost the morale among teachers within the public sector as Ministry of Education officials say high quality of education starts with good teachers.

President of The Bahamas Educators Councillors and Allied Workers Union, Sandra Major, says the implementation of the morale committee is an excellent idea.
