NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Airline officials says over the past few weeks, their team has been subject to hate calls, malicious false reporting, attempted hacking of media accounts and fake stories circulating on social media.

Anonymous social media posts allege poor maintenance standards.

Western Air is calling the claims slander, false reporting, and outrageous fiction which can be easily verified and traceable.

The statement adds that the bold inaccuracy of these stories, makes it obvious to members of our team and informs outsiders that they are being harassed for someone’s entertainment, and while they ignore harmless inaccurate comments often, anything pertaining to safety stated intentionally to mislead the public will not be tolerated.

They add that they will pursue and investigate this matter to the furthest extent of the law.
