NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Next weekend, real estate experts from across the region will gather at the Goldwynn Resort for a major conference: The Bahamas Real Estate Exchange (BRX). We spoke with Daren Seymour, a realtor from HG Christie, about why now is the right time to invest and what the conference offers to buyers and sellers.

Seymour highlighted the high demand and low inventory in New Providence, indicating a strong market. He noted that the luxury market, especially on islands like Eleuthera and Exuma, is booming, with properties selling rapidly.

He advised buyers to ensure they work with licensed realtors and to be proactive in saving for a down payment.
