Woman, Celebrating Birthday, Allegedly Caught a Guest Raping Her Daughter

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A birthday celebration took a dark turn after a woman allegedly caught a guest raping her daughter, a Supreme Court jury heard.

Bertram Frazer, 37, denies raping the 19-year-old and told police that she “begged” to have consensual sex with him.

The mother testified that Frazer, a family friend, was invited to her 39th birthday party on January 20, 2024.

During the wee hours of January 21, she noticed her daughter was missing and decided to look for her.

She allegedly heard her daughter screaming for help, and started hitting the window of his locked car door.

When she pressed her face against the glass, the mother allegedly saw Frazer raping her daughter.

The woman said she attacked Frazer when he eventually opened the door.
