Grand Bahama-born Franco Miller Jr. had 17 points and 5 rebounds as he led his Florida Gulf Coast Eagles to a win over in-state conference rival Stetson University.

The 6’3″ Bahamas National Team guard’s points came on 7 of 13 shooting in 30 minutes off the bench as his team routed Stetson, 80-56.

The win was much needed to Miller and his Eagles as it is only their second in five games of conference play.

They’ll have a chance to get a streak going on Thursday night when they host Lipscomb University on their home court.
