Works Minister Admits Receiving BPL Hedge Fund Details
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Works and Utilities Minister Alfred Sears revealing today he did receive details of the fuel hedging program from Bahamas Power and Light executives.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Works and Utilities Minister Alfred Sears revealing today he did receive details of the fuel hedging program from Bahamas Power and Light executives.
On several occasions the works minister denied receiving the details most recently in the House of Assembly back in October.
Sears said the briefing was passed on to the financial secretary, but was rejected.
Our News understands one of the reasons was because large hotels would have benefited the most.
