NASSAU , BAHAMAS – Fifty-four millionaires are candidates for the May 12th general election, and their wealth was revealed in detailed financial disclosures published by the Parliamentary Registration Department in Monday’s local dailies.

Top earners vying for public office on May 12th are worth millions, their wealth revealed in an 11-page government notice published by the Ministry of National Security and the Parliamentary Registration Department.

The financial disclosures revealed one candidate has a net worth of hundreds of millions of dollars, that is FNM Garden Hills candidate Rick Fox.

The NBA legend and businessman listed his assets as more than 469 million dollars.

The second richest candidate, according to those disclosures, is the Progressive Liberal Party’s Sebas Bastian, the PLP’s Ft. Charlotte candidate listing his net worth at 28.9 million dollars in his financial disclosures.
