NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas Association for the Physically Disabled held its Christmas play titled “The Greatest Gift” this week. And now, the association is telling you how you can be one of Santa’s helpers this Christmas.

When we last spoke to the children in November, they were busy working on their Christmas play costumes.

And we got to see their designs on display during the finale of the play – their Junkanoo rushout.

One of the many special guests in the audience was Anne-Marie Davis, wife of the prime minister. She offered this alternative to only thinking of toys as donations at christmastime.

Even if you can’t donate a large sum at once, you can still make a difference to the kids this Christmas.

For $25, your donation will sponsor caring for a student for one day, $175 covers a student for a week, and a $500 donation will sponsor a child for an entire month.
