NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Pinder’s team is looking to unseat current president Kimsley Ferguson.

Pinder, who served as acting labour director, revealed some of his plans, including opening an agency shop to get dues up to date.

Pinder says his team also wants to promote digitization training for all public servants.

The COVID-19 pandemic forced many public servants to work from home. He says his team wants to reintroduce that process.

The team also wants to assist in improving healthcare for its members and looking to constitute a promotional task force. He says the union should work with the government to put this task force in place.

Pinder is also looking at a potential introduction of an open salary scale.
