SVG Advances Negotiations For Paypal Access

ST. VINCENT & THE GRENADINES – The government of St. Vincent and The Grenadines is making headway in talks with Paypal to bring the platform to the island.

Finance Minister Camillo Gonsalves says negotiations are progressing but taking longer than expected.

Paypal initially raised concerns about differing legal systems, but the government clarified its alignment with other member states like Antigua and Barbuda.

Government says the push aims to empower young entrepreneurs, digital creators, and small businesses to expand globally.
