“You Are Out Of Line”

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Free National Movement Chairman Dr. Duane Sands calling the recent assertion by the North Abaco MP that he’s the prime minister of Abaco saying Cornish is out of line and needs to go.

Cornish’s comments came an an event recognizing him and other residents this past Sunday.

However, the FNM chairman is seeking clarity on the law.

Cornish was elected to parliament for the first time in September 2021 election along side South and Central Abaco MP John Pinder.

Pinder recently said he hopes Cornish spoke in error and that he was disappointed in Cornish’s comments.

Our News reached out to Pinder but didn’t get a response up to news time.

Cornish was recently questioned by police over an allegation made by an Abaco woman earlier this year.

The matter is now before the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Meanwhile, Dr. Sands is asking about what the prime minister’s next move will be.
