NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Attorney General explaining why a recent position taken by National Security Minister Wayne Munroe and Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander on bail for alleged murders, may not be feasible.

The national security chief and commissioner agreeing this week that they would rather see alleged murderers remanded as recently released stats showing 55 percent of murder victims are alleged killers out on bail.

The Attorney General notes there may be a way around, based on a ruling by the Court of Appeal.
