NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Legislation for the legalization of marijuana has been finalized, according to Attorney General Ryan Pinder, who says it has been given to officials from the Ministry of Health and external consultants for review and recommendations.

In August 2022, Pinder told reporters he had received the first draft of the bill, and international consultants would begin their review.
