NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has given accused murder conspirator Lindsay Shiver permission to change her address following a break-in at her rented condo.

Shiver’s lawyers sought a bail variation before Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson after persons unknown broke into her condo between October 5 and 6 and took jewelry and other items with a total value of $20,500.

Shiver is accused of plotting the murder of her estranged husband Robert Shiver with two Abaco men, her boyfriend, Terrance Bethel, and his friend Farron Newbold Jr.

Shiver is free on $100,000 cash bail and her alleged coconspirators are each on $20,000 bail.The murder conspiracy allegedly took place in Abaco on July 16.
