Arawak Home Sponsors Employee’s Olympic Bid
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – President of Arawak Homes Limited Franon Wilson announced in a press conference Tuesday that the company will sponsor triple jumper and site supervisor Kaiwan Culmer in his bid to go to Paris in 2024.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – President of Arawak Homes Limited Franon Wilson announced in a press conference Tuesday that the company will sponsor triple jumper and site supervisor Kaiwan Culmer in his bid to go to Paris in 2024.
Culmer’s coworkers will also step in to fill in the gaps as the company has approved a leave of absence for him.
BAAA’s President Drumeco Archer lauded the company’s sponsorship.
Softball
The UB Mingoes softball team wrapped up the One Caribbean Tournament, coming in fourth place overall.
The Mingoes beat Club Fusion 11-6 on Saturday to advance to the bronze medal game where they fell to the Sunshine Auto Wildcats 17-2.
Head Coach Shane Albury shred his thoughts on the tournament.
