NASSAU , BAHAMAS – The Bahamas National Select Team fell to the Arkansas Razorbacks 106-59 last night at Baha Mar.

Arkansas clamped down on defense, holding The Bahamas to 36 percent shooting from the field and just 3-of-18 from beyond the arc.

Sixteen-year-old phenom Javez Coleby led The Bahamas with 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting, including 2-of-5 from three-point range.

Zane Knowles added 10 points for the national team.

Jordan Smith Jr. led the Razorbacks with 22 points and was one of five Arkansas players to score in double figures, while Maper Maker anchored the defense with five blocks.

Baseball

Coach Antoan Richardson and the Atlanta Braves defeated their division rivals, the Washington Nationals, 6-2.

Matt Olson went 2-for-4 with a double and a home run, while Michael Harris II blasted a three-run homer.

Down in the minors, Daunte Stuart went 1-for-4 with a single as the Jersey Shore BlueClaws fell 6-4 to the Hudson Valley Renegades.

Meanwhile, Kristian Robinson finished 1-for-5 with a single as the Reno Aces lost 5-4 to the Round Rock Express.
