Ayton Goes for 31 and 16.  Trade Rumors Swirl.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Trade rumors are swirling around  Deandre Ayton and the Phoenix Suns, as the Nassau-born big man pushed everything aside and went to work against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night, going for a beastly 31 points and 16 rebounds and his team beat Detroit, 116-110.

Deandre Ayton bullied the Pistons in the paint all night, making 13 of his 15 shots.

The Suns led from wire to wire, with Detroit briefly closing the gap to two points in the 2nd quarter before surrendering a large lead once again.

Mikal Bridges contributed 24 points while Cam Johnson had 20. Chris Paul scored only points but dished out 14 assists.

Bojan Bogdanovitch had 24 for the Pistons.

I’m not going to bother looking up who the Suns are playing next because by the time you read this, he may not be on the team anymore.
