Phoenix Takes A Decisive 3-1 Lead Over The Clippers’

Los Angeles, CA, USA. Deandre Ayton and his Phoenix Suns beat the Los Angeles Clippers 112-100 to take a commanding lead in their first-round playoff series.

Ayton had a big game to help the Suns get the win, scoring 15 points, grabbing 13 boards and getting 2 blocks and steals apiece. 

This win is crucial for the Suns as it allows them to go back to Phoenix with a commanding 3-1 lead in the series. A ton would have to go wrong for them to lose the series. 

Kevin Durant led the Suns with 31 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Devin Booker added 30, 9 and 7. 

Russell Westbrook led a heroic charge against the Phoenix onslaught reminiscent of Jon Snow facing down the Northern Cavalry. 

He had 37 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Eric Gordon, another Bahamian, chipped in 10 points. Norman Powell was 2nd in scoring for the clips with 14. 

The series picks up on Tuesday night in the desert. Look for Phoenix to try to vanquish the Clippers once and for all.
