NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Babe Ruth Caribbean Baseball Championships return to The Bahamas this week.

Caribbean Commissioner for Babe Ruth Baseball Greg Burrows Sr. is ready to build on last year’s success.

NSA General Manager Moses Johnson says that the facilities will be top-tier.

The North American, Central American and Caribbean, NACAC, U13 and U15 Championships concluded in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

The Bahamas edged out Jamaica to win the meet, scoring 27,984 points to win by less than 900.

We had some notable finishes in a number of events with Symiah Strachan winning the girls’ 11-12 pentathlon and Trinity Rolle coming third to win the event for The Bahamas.

The Bahamas picked up 2nd in the boys U-13 pentathlon behind the efforts of Avonte Lotmore and Emile Higgins and Keyezza Thomas and Alexandria Komolafe won third in the girls’ U-15 heptathlon.
