NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We spoke Algernon Cargill, President of Bahamas Aquatics at the invitational at the Betty Kelly Kenning Aquatics Center in New Providence.

The meet, which is the last of the calendar year, gave swimmers one final chance to leave their marks before they move up in age groups on January 1st.

Cargill was ecstatic about the level of competition at the meet, and some international swimmers even got in the pool.

And Mako Aquatics turned in the strongest performance by far, pacing the meet with 1853 points.

Blue Waves Swim Club was a distant second with 487 points, and Barracuda Swim Club was third with 435 points.
