NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Recent transfers Daalen Adderley of Loyola Marymount University and Daunte Stuart of the University of Memphis both came into the season looking to make impacts with their new teams.

They took to the field for the first time yesterday.

Daalen Adderley played in his first game with Loyola Marymount yesterday, helping his team sweep a double header against Sacramento State.

In the first game he started in left field, going 1-4 out of the three spot with a single to help the lions get a 4-0 win over SAC state.

The second game went 11 innings, with the Lions emerging 12-10 in extras.

Adderley went 0-4 from the DH slot but he did manage to get on base with two walks.

Daunte Stuart also made his debut with Memphis,

The grad transfer from Northwestern State got the start at second base, going 1 for 5 with a single, a walk a stolen base and two runs scored. But it wasn’t enough as his Memphis Tigers fell to Jacksonville state 6-5 in a 13-inning marathon on Friday night.

Stuart and the Tigers bounced back on Saturday night to get their first win. He went 2-4 with a single and a solo long ball to help Memphis get the 7-4 victory.
