In the field, Chisholm snagged a line drive then finished the play barehanded on an error free night for the Yankees and on the offensive side he went 1-3, reached base three times and scored a run,

In the fifth inning, he swiped second base with a head-first dive, recording the first stolen base of the entire MLB season.

The three game series continues friday afternoon in San Francisco.
