The boys from the “A” hit 4 home runs to get a 9-0 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Austin Riley led the way with 2 bombs and 4 rbi. Michael Harris and Dominic Smith also had a home run apiece.

Jazz Chisholm is fighting through an early season slump. He went. 0-2 with 2 walks, but it didn’t matter.

His Yankees beat the Kansas City Royals 4-2.

While Jazz’s bat is ice cold, his Great Britain teammate, BJ Murray, is on fire in Triple-A.

He’s hitting .321 with a 1.000 ops at the highest level of the minors and last night and he even went 2-4 with a rbi, a run and he even stole a bag as his Iowa Cubs lost to the Columbus Clippers 5-3.

And Kristian Robinson is also showing out in Triple-a. The Arizona Diamondbacks prospect went 2-4 with a rare triple, two runs scored as his Reno Aces got the better of their in-state rival: the Las Vegas Aviators in a 10-4 win.

Basketball

The best teams from all across the islands were in action last night.

In Division 2, the Grand Bahama All-Stars beat the Abaco Showtime Ballers 77-63. Trenaz Rigby led the All Stars with 27 points.

In the second D2 game, the YES Giants out of New Providence beat the Harbour Island Panthers 67-53. Keithwood Stubbs had 11 and 5 for the Giants.

In Division one, the Caribbean Moonshine Rockets out of New Providence took down the Dudley Boys Saints on their home court, 78-72.

Kemsy Sylvestre was all over the place for the Rockets, scoring 26 points and pulling down 11 rebounds.

And the Abaco Crusaders took down the Bimini Marlins 74-67. Silas Cooper had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort.
