Bail Denied for Man Accused of molesting Seven-Year-Old Girl
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 36-year-old man is behind bars accused of molesting a seven-year-old girl.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 36-year-old man is behind bars accused of molesting a seven-year-old girl.
Prosecutors say Michael Lightfoot had unlawful sexual intercourse with the child on July 8.
Lightfoot was not required to enter a plea to the charge when he stood before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to October 1 for the presentation of voluntary bill of indictment papers.
